CAF for December 2011 - Switzerland

In the coming month of December 2011, a CAF will be applied as is did in this ending month (no CAF appliance for transports with the Rhine Shuttle from/to Frenkendorf). Due to a still stable currency fluctuation the CAF remains unchanged for the upcoming month.

We just got informed by Eurokombi in Hamburg that due to asphalting works of the complete Antwerpenstrasse relocations of empty units cannot be done from and to depot Dradenau in the period between 26th and 28th of November 2011.

Bomb discovery in the port of Hamburg

We just got by HPA (Hamburg Port Authority) that due to the discovery of a bomb (track 403) in the port of Hamburg the connections HP, CTA, Kühne & Nagel and Rhenus Log. as well as Abstellgruppe Altenwerder East are not reachable today.

Strike in port of Koper

We just got informed by our partner that the Trade union of port crane operators of Luka Koper has announced a strike starting on 29th July 2011 from 6 AM onwards until the fulfilment of strike requests or suitable agreement.

ACS- increase of capacity

We would like to inform about the increase of the capacities of our trains systems ACS (Austria Container Shuttle). As from calendar week 31 there are two additional round trips available for You, which makes 8 roundtrips in total per week on the route Hamburg/Bremerhaven – Enns/Vienna.
