Truck transports within the port of Hamburg
In addition to our latest newsletter regarding truck transports to/from and within Buchardkai (CTB) we have to inform you, that the problem of congestion (delays caused by a damaged crane, repair works at CTB etc.) has expanded over the whole port.
Neither Hamburg Waltershof, nor Hamburg Süd nor the other depots outside can be served per truck ( neither in course of CPA) by us in the time of calendar week 36 and partly calendar week 37 (till approx. 13th of September 2011).
If you have the possibility to organize the trucking yourself in that period, we kindly ask you to coordinate the delivery/pick up with our train managers.
Precautionary we have to inform you, that the liability for any costs resulting (e.g.: storage, demurrage, detention) out of a.m. problems is excluded by us!
We kindly ask You to consider these circumstances in course of your transports.
