HHLA truck &rail dispatch
We just got informed by HHLA (Hamburg Hafen und Logistik AG) that due to maintenance works by ATLAS there won´t be any electronic releases (RLSinfo) upon Z-numbers possible on Saturday, 10th of March 2012 in the period between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Affected by this measurement of the customs are all ATLAS-participants in Germany and it will have impact on below mentioned embarkations on all terminals.
All containers which have to be loaded on 10th of March ´12, are requiring a competition of the processes – i.e. communication with ATLAS (such as export declaration – Zapp reference and delivery of the container onto the terminal) before 10th of March 2012.
Containers, which will get delivered on 10th of March, can be embarked due to missing ATLAS communication on 11th of March only.
Precautionary we have to inform you, that the liability for any costs resulting (e.g.: storage, demurrage, detention) out of a.m. problems is excluded by us.
