Swiss Split via Rekingen for on/off rail carriage in connection with the Swiss – Hansa – Shuttle
Due to the re-arrangement of the Swiss Split by Swiss Railways (SBB Cargo AG) we have published for this service from/to the terminals Rekingen (AG) and Frenkendorf (BL) a new and individual offer for each terminal.
For operational reasons - due to the high traffic volumes the rail infrastructure at Frenkendorf attains ist capacity limits – all Swiss Split consignments for the on/off carriages in connection with the Swiss – Hansa – Shuttle have to be produced via the container terminal of Rekingen, as from now on and until further notice.
The goal of this step is to provide the best possible quality and a high planning security for our customers and their consignments. Because of the tense situation we cannot maintain the same kind of service which we usually are able to provide via Frenkendorf. As soon as the situation will sustainably change, we will inform you again.
