Customs regulations for the T1 transit procedure
Kindly note that in the case of transportation of dutiable goods, where IMS is responsible for the preparation of the T1-Document, all necessary Information must be provided.
This data must also include:
- A clear description of the cargo in the official language of the port, i.e. in German ports in the German language.
- The HS-Codes are stringently required including count of packages and weight per HS-Code.
- The commercial invoice for documentation of the goods value.
