Operating trouble E-customs
Due to technical problems of the Bundesrechenzentrum there is no customs clearance possible throughout Austria at present. We received following information by the service center:
“it is about a bigger problem of the central network area at BRZG. The specialists of BRZG are concentrating on fixing the trouble.
At this stage it is not foreseeable when the difficulties will be solved. We still ask You for Your patience and understanding.”
Due to this reason there are severe delays of train dispatches and even cancellation of complete trains. We are doing our utmost to inform You about any changes asap.
We have to inform You in advance that the liability for delays due to the above mentioned circumstances and resulting costs are excluded by us.
