For self-deliveries of your containers, the container numbers must be reported to IMS Cargo Austria GmbH before delivery to the terminal.Due to the non-reporting, there were repeatedly major problems in the loading schedule and in the operational process.
In the worst-case scenario, the terminal may refuse to accept your containers and your trucks to enter the terminal grounds.
In order to ensure a smooth process, the container numbers have to be reported to us at least half an hour before delivery.
As a precaution, we point out that our liability for any resulting costs is excluded.
